Paul Dodds is one of Scotland’s leading photographers.
He has gained extensive experience in both the corporate and public sectors, as well as in newspapers where his jobs included Picture Editor of The Scotsman and The Newcastle Journal, and East Coast Picture Editor of the Daily Record.
Paul’s work is diverse, ranging from fashion, food, features and sport for magazines and newspapers to corporate and public sector work for organisations such as the Royal Bank of Scotland, VisitScotland, ScottishPower, Glenfiddich, Tesco and the Scottish Executive, as well as many of Scotland’s top public relations companies. His pictures have been used within annual reports, internal and external company magazines, in advertising and to gain extensive media coverage for his clients.
He has illustrated four food books and also contributed to a high profile book of photographs of Scotland which was presented to the world leaders who visited Scotland for the G8 Summit in 2005.
Paul’s creativity is recognised amongst all of the organisations he works with and full client consultations in advance of any assignments mean that the potential of every picture is maximised.
Paul’s early career training in the newspaper dark room and subsequent experience in digital photo-editing mean that each photograph received by clients is beautifully processed and presented, resulting in a stunning selection of publication-ready images.
